Oddly, there isn't much quality hospitality and service training content out there. After being told, "You should do a video on that," enough times, I did. I'm not saying there aren't bits and pieces of quality content out there; I'm saying they're not easy to find, and the sources should be strongly considered before putting any of their advice out on the floor.
